It is a violation of University policy to sign
on as anyone other than yourself, or to complete online coursework
for any other party. Violations will subject the employee to discipline
up to and including possible termination.
Don't know your UCSF ID or provider number?
- Employees: Your UCSF ID number (also known as you employee ID) can be found on your earnings statement (begins with 02). You can view your earnings statement online using the At Your Service Web site.
- UCSF Practitioners: Contact the Medical Staff Services office to obtain your provider number (885-7268).
- UCSF Students: Your UCSF ID is the 9 digit number (begins with 02) on the Summary tab of your student portal.
- UCSF Residents and Fellows: Contact the Graduate Medical Education office to obtain your provider number (476-4562).
- Temps, consultants, contractors, vendors, etc.: Contact your manager or the UCSF Security Department to obtain your UCSF ID number.
